摘 要:变风量空调系统由于节能高效的优点受到了国内外的广泛关注,而其又具有多变量、非线性、强耦合等特点,为了优化系统提高稳定性,提出了一种基于自适应遗传算法的解耦控制策略。该策略采用机理分析和系统辨识的方法并结合实验数据建立被控对象耦合特性的数学模型;通过一种类前馈的补偿方法,设计了变风量空调系统解耦补偿器的传递函数矩阵;根据系统控制性能指标的要求,设计了变风量空调系统4个控制回路的PID控制器,并使用自适应遗传算法对PID控制算法的控制参数进行了整定。继而对实际系统中4个耦合回路进行仿真分析,实验结果表明类前馈解耦有效地提高了控制系统的稳定性和鲁棒性。Variable air volume air conditioning system has received the widespread attention at home and abroad due to the advantages of energy saving and high efficient,it is a multivariable, nonlinear and strong coupling system, in order to improve the system stability, this paper proposed a decoupling control strategy based on adaptive genetic algorithm. This strategy by using mechanism analysis and system identification method and combined with the experimental data, the mathematical model of con- trolled object coupling characteristics was established. A kind of feedforward compensation method was adopted to design the vav system transfer function matrix of compensator. According to the requirements of system control performance index, the variable air volume air conditioning system of four control loop PID controllers was designed, and the adaptive genetic algorithm was used for PID control parameters for the setting of control algorithm. And four coupling circuit simulation was analyzed in the actual system, the results show that the method is effective to improve the stability and robustness of the control system.
