摘 要:设计了一款应用于检测挡板式内循环流化床(ICFB)两相流流动特性的三维电容层析成像(ECVT)系统。介绍了ECVT传感器的结构,建立了有限元仿真模型,得到内循环流化床的三维灵敏场和三维重建图像。能够更加直观的观察内循环流化床内两相流的流动特性,弥补目前实验条件无法获知流化床流动细节的不足,为挡板式内循环流化床气固两相流流动特性研究提供有力的手段。Abstraet:A novel system of electrical capacitance volume tomography for baffle type internally circulating fluidized bed (ICFB) was designed, which applied to detecting the characteristics of two phase flowing in ICFB. The finite element model was established for analzying the structure parameters of the ECVT sensor. Circulating fluidized bed three-dimensional sensitive field and 3-D reconstruction image was gotten. Flow characteristic can be more intuitively observed in the flow of the two phase flow in the circulating fluidized bed, so that the deficiency that the flow detail cannot been learned by experimental method, providing powerful means for investigating the flow characteristics of gas/solid ICFB.
