同伴教学法在管理类本科生课堂中的运用分析

摘　　要：同伴教学法变传统单一讲授为基于问题学生自主学习和合作探究,能有效改变传统课堂教学手段、教学模式和教学方法,其运用范围正从自然科学学科向社会科学学科不断拓展。管理类工作岗位不仅需要较强的计划能力与组织能力,还需要较强的沟通、协调、理解和决策能力,需要运用同伴教学法改革传统课堂以提高学生参与性、改善师生关系与加强生生互动。为此,要优化教学学习理念、加强硬件软件建设、提供专业支持、加强监测与反馈,以推动管理类本科生课堂同伴教学法顺利运用。Peer instruction changes the traditional single teaching to students＇ autonomous learning and cooperation learning based on questions,and can effectively change the traditional teaching devices,teaching mode and teaching methods,and its application scope is expanded from natural science to social science. Management work needs not only strong planning ability and organization ability,but also needs strong communication,coordination,understanding and decision-making ability,need use peer instruction to reform the traditional class,in order to heighten students＇ participation,improve the relationship between teachers and students and strengthen students＇ interaction. Therefore we should optimize the concept of teaching learning,strengthen the construction of hardware and software,provide professional support,strengthen monitoring and feedback to promote the application of peer instruction in management undergraduate classroom.
