基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类的范吉平教授治疗头风病用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:利用"中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)",分析范吉平教授治疗头风病的处方用药规律。方法:选取范吉平教授治疗头风病处方132首,通过用药频次统计、基于关联规则的分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督熵层次聚类等多种数据挖掘方法,对头风病处方进行分析。结果:明确了范吉平教授治疗头风病的处方中药物使用频次及药物间的关联规律。挖掘出处方核心药物,并推演出13首新处方。结论:范吉平教授治疗头风病多以祛风通络,活血止痛为主,擅用风药,重视虫类药的运用,常配伍安神定志之品,数法并举,综合调理。Objective： To analyze professor FAN Ji-ping＇s prescription regularity in treatment of ＂Tou Feng＂ disease by using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inher-itance auxiliary system （V2,5）. Methods： The 132 pre- scriptions for treating ＂Tou Feng＂ disease of professor FAN Ji-ping were selected and analyzed by using a vari- ety of data mining methods such as drug frequency of usage statistics, analysis based on association rules, im- proved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering entropy. Results： Drug frequency of usage and association rules of professor FAN Ji-ping＇s prescriptions for treating ＂Tou Feng＂ disease were cleared. The core prescription drugs and 13 new prescriptions were mined out. Conclusion： Professor FAN Ji-ping treated ＂Tou Feng＂ disease with therapies of dispelling the wind, removing meridian obstruction, promoting blood circulation and stopping pain. Dispelling-wind drugs, worms Chinese medicines and sedative drugs are commonly used in the prescriptions. ＂Tou Feng＂ disease needs different treat- ment methods and general recuperation.
