摘　　要：费伯雄养生防病思想为天人合一,防病于先;修心养性,怡情培气;注重食养,详明宜忌等几个方面。其理法明确,用药和缓,研究、继承和发扬费伯雄的养生学术思想对推动现代中医养生理论有着十分重要的指导意义。The academic thoughts of the famous doctor FEI Bo-xiong from Menghe are characterized by his dialectical theory and treating theory. This article summarized from relevant literature his thoughts on health preserving as oneness of man and nature, preventative treatment of disease; cultivation of mind and moral char- acter, delightfulness and cultivation of Qi; laying emphasis on health preserving with food, detailing the compat- ibility and incompatibility of diet. His thoughts show explicit mechanism and method and require mild adminis- tration of medicine. It has profound guiding significance for promoting modern TCM health preserving theory to study, inherit and develop FEI Bo-xiong＇s academic thoughts on cultivating health to prevent disease.
