摘　　要：在自行研究设计的八轴运动控制板平台上,针对电火花成形加工的特点,开发了五轴联动电火花成形机床专用数控系统。分别介绍了系统的硬件构成、软件框架结构、伺服控制的PID算法及关键参数的设定方法。Based on platform of independent research and design eight-axis motion control card,according to characteristics of sinking electro-discharge machining,the CNC system of five-axis coordinated control in sinking electro-discharge machines has been developed. This paper introduces system hardware structure, software framework architecture,PID algorithm of servo control and critical parameters set method.
