生物补片在腹壁不同层面组织相容性差异的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究生物补片在SD大鼠腹壁不同层面组织相容性差异。方法选取90只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分成三组,,三组各30只成年雄性SD大鼠。根据大鼠腹壁层面,于大鼠腹直肌筋膜前鞘、腹膜内层以及腹直肌后鞘植入生物补片并予以固定。结果三组成年雄性SD大鼠在不同时间点均未发生皮下血清肿、肠瘘以及切口感染状况,所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合。Onlay组与Sublay组补片与腹壁整合优于IPOM组;On Ly组的CD68表达情况优于Sublay组与IPOM组。结论大鼠腹壁肌筋膜前层植入Allomax补片的组织相容性优于腹膜内层与肌筋膜后层。Objective To study the difference of histoeompatibility of biologic patch in different abdominal layers of SD rats. Methods Forty adult male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups ： 30 adult male SD rats. Results All the three groups of male SD rats did not develop subcutaneous serum, intestinal fistula and incision infection at different time points. Conclusion The histocompatibility of allomax patch implantation in the anterior fascia of the rat is superior to that of the intraperitoneal and myometrium.
