摘  要:针对一运营重载铁路单线隧道隧底隆起病害,在现场调研及无损检测的基础上,分析了病害成因,提出了下沉式纵横梁长距离架空线路换底方案,明确了纵横梁尺寸、连接、支护、锚固等关键参数,形成了有限天窗时间内的施工组织设计。隧道采用的纵梁悬挂横梁方案施工便利且纵横梁体系稳定可靠,实现了有限天窗时间内开挖段长距离线路全部架空,多个开挖段同步快速换底施工,满足万吨列车在10‰的线路坡度下以45 km/h速度安全通过的要求。Aimed at the base swell in a heavy haul railway single-line tunnel,the replacement scheme of the long distance overhead line foundation of the sinking longitudinal and transverse beamwas put forward by analyzing the causes of these diseases based on the investigation and nondestructive test.The key parameters were defined,including the longitudinal and transverse beamsize,connection,supporting and anchorage.The construction organization design was formed in limited maintenance windowtime.The scheme is convenient,the longitudinal and transverse beamsystemis stable and reliable.The scheme realized the multiple excavation in limited maintenance windowtime of the long distance overhead all lines and synchronous rapid replacement construction of multiple excavation,met the safe passage of ten thousand tons of trains under the line slope of 10‰ at a speed of 45 km/h.
