摘 要:针对供应链成本为模糊参数的情况,在集中决策模式和碳税政策环境下,围绕一个四级供应链如何做出有效决策从而获得最低总成本的问题,构建了模糊规划决策模型,并基于模糊可能性理论对模型进行了求解。通过算例仿真验证了所提模型和方法的有效性与可行性,对算例进行分析后发现,碳税取一定值时可以促使该供应链企业通过改变相关的决策来降低碳排放量,从而实现获取经济利益和承担社会责任的双重目标。To study a four-echelon supply chain with fuzzy costs in the centralized decision mode how to make effec- tive decisions for achieving the objective of minimization total costs under the carbon emission taxation scheme, a fuzzy programming model was developed, and was solved based on fuzzy possibility theory. An example was given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach. The analysis of a given example showed that a reasonable carbon tax could let this supply chain enterprise change the decision to reduce the carbon emission, so as to achieve the dual goals of economic benefits and social responsibility.
