多途径提升无锡全民科学素养策略研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记在2016年召开的"科技三会"上指出,全民科学素质工作是科技工作的重要组成部分,是提高公民科学素质、促进人的全面发展的基础工程。无锡的全民科学素养提升是建设"强富美高"新无锡和高水平全面建成小康社会的重要保障,笔者通过走访调研、问卷调查、文献分析等手段,在重点人群科学素养提升、信息化特色科普、科普设施建设、科普人才培养等方面提出了具体的全民科学素养提升策略。At the national conference on science and technology in 2016, President Xi Jinping pointed out that national scien- tific literacy work is an important part of scientific and technological work, is the basic project of improving citizens＇ scientif- ic literacy and promoting people＇s overall development. Enhancing people＇s scientific literacy of Wuxi can ensure the new Wuxi construction and build a high-level well-off society. Through interview, questionnaire, literature analysis and other means, this paper proposes the specific strategies from key groups, informatization construction, scientific equipment construction and personnel training.
