摘 要:采用C80微量量热仪探究一定量的工业用大理石粉、Na_2SO_4、NH_4Cl、尿素这四种添加剂对多孔粒硝酸铵铵油炸药热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,在铵油炸药中加入一定量的尿素有助于提高其外推起始分解温度,使其外推起始分解温度较纯铵油炸药提高了18.36℃,从而提高其热稳定性能。而加入一定量的NH_4Cl则会降低其外推起始分解温度,使其外推起始分解温度较纯铵油炸药降低了12.01℃,使ANFO的热稳定性降低。对于大理石粉和Na_2SO_4的加入则对ANFO的热稳定性影响不明显。In this paper, the influence of additives on thermal stability of porous granular ammonium nitrate ANFO (ammonium nitrate/fuel oil) was experimental studied by using C80 micro calorimeter. These additives are marble powder, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, and urea the exporimental results show that adding a certain amount of urea in ANFO is helpful to increase the extrapolation initial decomposition temperature, the extrapolation initial decomposition is 18.36 ℃ increased pure ANFO explosives, and thus improve the thermal stability of the mixture. However, adding a certain amount of ammonium chloride will decrease its extrapolation starting temperature, the extrapolation pure ANFO explosives lower initial decomposition temperature is 12.01℃,and lower the thermal stability of ANFO. For the addition of marble powder or sodium sulfate to the ANFO, are influence on the thermal stability is not obvious.
