摘  要:目的检测AKT、eNOS和VEGF-C在儿童恶性黑色素瘤中的表达及其在淋巴转移中的作用。方法应用免疫组化方法分别检测20例儿童恶性黑色素瘤患者及8例正常儿童皮肤中AKT、eNOS和VEGF-C的表达。结果AKT、eNOS和VEGF-C在儿童恶性黑色素瘤中的阳性表达率分别为66.59%、63.41%、73.28%,在正常皮肤中均无AKT、VEGF-C和eNOS表达;AKT、eNOS与VEGF-C在有淋巴转移和无淋巴转移的儿童恶性黑色素瘤中的阳性表达差异均有统计学意义(P值分别〈0.05、〈0.01、〈0.01);AKT与VEGF-C、VEGF-C与eNOS的表达均呈正相关性(r=0.528,P〈0.01;r=0.470,P〈0.05)。结论AKT、VEGF-C和eNOS在儿童恶性黑色素瘤淋巴转移过程中发挥着重要作用。ObjectiveTo detect the expressions of AKT, endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and vascular endothelial growth factor-c (VEGF-C) in malignant melanoma (MM) in children and to study their roles in lymphatic metastasis.MethodsThe expressions of AKT, eNOS, and VEGF-C were detected by immuno- histochemistry in 20 cases of malignant melanoma in children and 8 normal.ResultsThe positive expressions of AKT, eNOS, and VEGF-C in malignant melanoma in children (the positive expression rates were 66.59%, 63.41%, and 73.28%) were significantly higher than those in normal tissue. The expressions of AKT, eNOS, and VEGF-C in malignant melanoma of lymphatic metastasis was higher than those without lymphatic metastasis(P values were less than 0.05, 0.01, and 0.01). The expression of AKT showed a significant positive correlation with VEGF-C(r=0.528, P〈0.01), and the expression of VEGF-C showed a positive correlation with eNOS (r=0.470,P〈0.05).ConclusionThe expressions of AKT, eNOS, and VEGF-C may associate with the lymphatic metastasis of malignant melanoma in children.
