摘 要:红土镍矿火法冶炼镍铁合金过程中,会排出大量镍铁炉渣,当前,主要采用堆存、填埋等方式处理镍铁炉渣,不仅占用大量土地资源,而且污染环境。为此,以红土镍矿冶炼过程产生的高温熔融炉渣制备镍铁矿渣纤维。结果表明,在石灰添加量为16%、炉渣流量为4 200 kg/h、制纤温度为1 540℃、负压机风压为0.8 MPa、离心成纤机转速为4 000 r/min时,制得的纤维吸油率为5.2%、吸持沥青能力为自身质量的10.94倍,可以满足路用纤维材料的技术要求。镍铁矿渣纤维呈圆柱状,且表面缺陷较多。对镍铁矿渣纤维性能分析表明,镍铁矿渣纤维属于玻璃态非晶体物质,其表面对空气中二氧化碳分子和水分子的优先吸附和表面缺陷使其具有较好的沥青吸持能力。研究结果为镍铁矿渣资源化再利用提供了一种途径。A mass of nickel-iron slag were discharged during production of nickel-iron alloy by pyrogenic process from laterite-nickel ore. Slag were mainly dealt with methods such as pile-up, landfill, etc. which not only occupy land, but also polluting the environment. Inorganic mineral fiber was produced by melting slag produced during nickel-iron alloy production. Results indicated that optimum conditions is content of CaO 16%, slag flow rate 4 200 kg/h, reaction temperature 1 540 ℃, pressure machine at pressure 0. 8 MPa,centrifugal speed 4 000 r/min,oil absorption rate and ability of absorbing asphalt of nickeliron slag fiber obtained is 5. 2% and 10. 94 times respectively, And can satisfy technical requirements of fiber for road construction. The fiber is rule and with much surface flaw. Nickel-iron slag fiber belongs to amorphous material, and it is the one of the main reason that its surface is defective and H20 and CO2 from the air can preferentially be absorbed on its surface. Research results provide a new way for re-utilization of nickel-iron slag resource.
