天然红曲色素的蚕丝织物染色

摘　　要：采用天然染料红曲色素对蚕丝织物直接染色,讨论了红曲色素的染色pH值、温度、时间对蚕丝织物K/S值的影响,并测试了红曲色素的染色性能及染色织物的色牢度。优化的红曲色素染色工艺条件为:红曲色素质量分数4%(omf),染浴pH值3,染色温度85℃,时间30min。在该染色条件下,蚕丝织物的得色量较大,延长保温时间反而会降低表观色深。染色提升力曲线和上染速率曲线说明红曲色素上染慢,竭染率较低,染深性差,而在中浅色范围内具有较好的染色提升力。与酸性染料染色蚕丝织物相比,红曲色素直接染色织物的耐摩擦牢度和耐洗牢度等级为中等,耐日晒牢度差。Silk fabric is directly dyed with natural monascus pigment. The influences of pH value of dye- ing liquor, dyeing temperature and time on K/S values of dyed fabrics are discussed, and their dyeing properties and color fastness are also tested. The experimental results show that dyed silk fabric has the highest dye yield under the optimum dyeing conditions of pH value 3, dyeing temperature 95 ℃ and dyeing time 30 min, while longer dyeing time can reduce K/S values. Monascus pigment has a good pro- motion in light to medium color range with slow dyeing rate, low exhaustion and poor dyeing depth ac- cording to its promotion curve and dyeing rate curve. Compared with acid dyeing, silk fabric dyed with monascus has a medium fastness to crocking and washing, but poor light fastness.
