摘　　要：分析了在"互联网+教育"新生态下信息技术教师角色的新要求,通过对河北师范大学、河北科技师范学院以及河北大学三所高校的2015、2016级现代教育技术方向教育专硕培养现状认真做了调查统计,分析了在培养过程中出现的问题,尝试从转变传统教学理念,注重理论与实践相结合,注重专业技能培养,严格把关实践教学,鼓励开展科学研究等五个方面提出在培养全日制现代教育技术方向教育专硕过程中的优化策略。The paper analyzed the new requirements to IT teachers under ＂Intemet ＋ Education＂. Though making an investigation on cultivating status of masters of education of modern educational technology who belong to the class of 2015 and 2016 in Hebei Normal University, Hebei Normal University of Science ＆ Technology and Hebei University, analyzed some problems in the process of cultivating. Eventually, put forward some optimized strategies in the process of cultivating masters of education of modern educational technology from five aspects, namely： changing the traditional education concept, combining theory with practice, training professional sells, checking practice teaching strictly, and encouraging scientific research, etc.
