摘　　要：文章针对刚挠结合板钻孔加工过程容易出现的内层铜弯的问题,采用正交试验法试验出最佳的钻孔参数,最终解决了内层铜弯问题,使刚挠结合板的钻孔品质符合要求,保证了可靠性。Rigid-flex PCB drilling process is easy to appear the inner layer copper bending problem. The optimal drilling parameters were tested by orthogonal test method and eventually solved the inner layer copper bend, and made Rigid-flex PCB drilling quality meet the requirements and ensure the reliability.
