绿色教育视角下高校公共关系人才的培养

摘　　要：公共关系人才,是具有丰富公共关系理论知识和公共关系实践能力的高素质人才。在高校公共关系专业复合型人才培养过程中,引入绿色教育理念,可以帮助学生构筑健全的知识结构,培养学生自主性学习能力、协调沟通能力、团队合作能力和创新能力,可以培养学生生态文明意识、和谐发展意识,激发学生的生命潜能,获得可持续发展能力。Inter-disciplinary talents of Public Relations Major are the high-quality talents with rich theoretical knowledge and practical ability of public relations. The green education idea will help students construct a complete knowledge organization, develop their autonomous learning ability, coordination and communication skills, team work and creative ability. Furthermore, the green education idea will also build up students＇ consciousness of ecological civilization and harmonious development consciousness. Finally, it will inspire students＇ lives potency, so as to get sustainable development ability.
