摘　　要：黏膜下注射是消化道内镜下黏膜切除术和黏膜剥离术得以顺利进行的关键环节。本文对近10年来已经运用于临床或正处于研究的黏膜下注射材料进行综述,介绍各种材料特点并做横向对比,分析临床使用前景及相关研究方向。Submucosal injection is the key to successful endoscopic mucosal resection （EMR） and endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） . Submucosal injection materials are reviewed, which have been used in clinical or in the study of the recent 10 years. This paper introduces the characteristics of various materials and makes a horizontal comparison to analyze the prospect of clinical application and related research directions.
