摘  要:本文针对在实际生产大型薄壁碟形封头中遇到的成形缺陷问题,提出一种新的模具拉延筋设计方案,并利用非线性有限元软件Dynaform,采用大变形弹塑性有限元模型对06Cr19Ni10覬2380mm×5.6mm碟形封头进行了模拟计算,仿真结果表明了该模具拉延筋设计方案的有效性与实用性。Aiming at the forming defects during actual forming process of large thin-wall dished head,thenew kind of die draw bead design has been put forward in the text. By use of nonlinear finite element software Dynaform and large deformation elastic-plastic finite element model, simulated calculation has been conducted to the φ2380mm×5.6mm dished head, which is made from 06Crl9Ni10. The simulation results show the effectiveness and practicability of the die draw bead design.
