摘　　要：文章通过回顾国内电信资费概况及其监管的发展历程,分析当前监管机制存在的问题,提出相应的优化对策。希望在新形势下,为我国电信监管部门提供有益的参考,以充分发挥市场基础性资源配置的主导作用,促进电信运营企业之间有效竞争,促进提速降费工作,为中国经济发展提供推动力。This paper analyses problems existing in the current telecommunications regulatory mechanism and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures by reviewing the development of domestic telecom tariff and supervision.Further,this paper provides useful reference for Chinese telecommunications regulatory authorities in order to give full play to the market-based resources configuration of the leading role, along with promotes effective competition among telecom operators and promotes the work of speed reduction, so that provides impetus for China＇s economic development.
