摘　　要：孔源性视网膜脱离(rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,RRD)是常见的急性致盲性眼病,若不及时正确诊治,患者的生活质量和工作能力将受到严重影响。目前,RRD主要通过手术治疗,包括充气性视网膜固定术、巩膜扣带术、玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔硅油或气体填充术。近年来,这些手术方法在不同程度上得到改良。该文就近年来RRD的手术治疗进展作一概述。Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment（RRD） is a common and acute disease that can lead to blindness and RRD will severely affect the patients＇ quality of life and work ability if they don＇t get the correct diagnosis and treatment in time. The treatment of RRD is mainly through surgeries resently, including pneumatic retinopexy, scleral buckling, vitrectomy combined vitreous chamber filling silicone oil or gas. In recent years, these surgical approaches have been improved in some degree. In this paper, the progress of reseaeh on the surgical treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is reviewed.
