摘　　要：铁路系统是一个非常庞大的体系,基层工作人员非常的多,包括了各种不同的工种。论文就人事管理在铁路基层的转变和创新方面进行深入研究,为当前铁路基层人事建设提出合理化的建议,促进新型铁路基层人事管理机制的建立。The railway system is a very large system, the number of grassroots staff is very large, and including variety types of works. This paper makes an in-depth study on the transformation and innovation of the personnel management in railway grassroots, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the construction of new railway personnel management mechanism.
