高校基建项目PFI融资模式风险分担机制研究

摘　　要：首先简要介绍PFI融资模式下的风险分担机制,然后分析PFI模式应用于公益性项目建设的价值。重点从PFI融资模式的基本内涵、运行机制出发,综合引入相关的项目融资、风险管理理论,以高校建设项目为例提出并构建了发展模型。Firstly, this paper briefly inlroduces the risk-sharing mechanism under PFI financing mode, and then analyzes the value of PFI mode applied to the construction of public welfare projects. This paper puts forward the development model based on the basic connotation and operation mechanism of PFI financing mode, and introduces the relevant project financing and risk management theory as an example of collgeges anduniversites capital construction project.
