摘  要:文章旨在探讨随班就读问题的产生过程,并试着为改善随班就读问题提出几点可操作性建议,主要是通过解读社会标签理论及其观点,从标签理论的视角审视随班就读儿童遭遇的被标签、被边缘化过程,并据此提出了教师要灵活看待成规、老师同学要警惕标签效应、老师要掌握普通儿童和随班就读儿童身心发展规律、老师同学避免使用标签类概念和称呼、学校将随班就读儿童成绩纳入班级考核等五条建议。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the process of the attendance problem and try to make some suggestions for improving the attendance problem. This article mainly checks that the attendance of children in the class was labeled, and marginalized, mainly through the interpretation of the social label theory and its point of view, from the perspective of the label theory. Accordingly teachers should look at the rules flexibly, and guard against the label effect. Teachers should master the ordinary children and attendance school children's physical and mental development law. Teachers and students should avoid the use of tag concept and callings. The school will put attendance school children's scores into the class assessment and other five recommendations.
