摘  要:教师队伍建设是特教学校内涵建设的核心,针对宿迁市五所特殊教育学校师资调查表明,当前由于社会观念、经济待遇、管理体制机制等方面的原因,造成特教师资队伍结构不够合理,专业化水平不高,教师队伍整体不够稳定。为此,需要科学规划特教师资建设目标,完善管理、培训机制,改善、提高特教教师待遇,打造高素质的特教师资队伍。The construction of teachers' team is the core of the connotation construction of special education schools. According to the teachers' survey of five special education schools in Suqian City, the current structure of the special education teachers is not reasonable because of the social concept, economic treatment and management system mechanism. The level of specialization is not high, and the overall team is not stable enough. To this end, it needs to build goals for scientific planning of special education teachers, to improve management, training mechanisms, to improve the treatment of special teachers, and to create high- quality special education teachers.
