医学论文中最常见统计学指标运用错误的解析

摘　　要：探讨医学论文的统计学运用及编校问题。运用随机抽样对100篇医学论文中包括死亡率、病死率、发病率、患病率、发生率等统计指标的误用情况进行统计分析,对医学文献中容易误用的几种常见统计学指标应用错例进行解析。提出:作者应提高医学文献中运用统计学处理的水平,编辑应对相关概念作出正确的判断与误用纠正,从而提高医学论文中结论的准确性、可信性、科学性,这对医学期刊的出版和科研质量将起到重要的促进作用。Analysis was made into the application of statistics in medical papers. 100 medical papers have been randomly collected, and misuses of statistical index including mortality rate, fatality rate, morbidity, prevalence rate, incidence rate and etc. have been analyzed. Frequently-occurred common errors in statistical index application have been enumerated. It has been proposed that authors are supposed to upgrade skills in the use of statistical analysis in medical papers, and it is imperative for the editors to make appropriate judgment and correction, thereby enhancing the accuracy, credibility and scientificity of the conclusion in medical papers, which is of immeasurable significance to publication of medical journals and quality of scientific research.
