摘　　要：目的:研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)基因多态性与中国汉族人慢乙肝易感性的相关性。方法:利用Sequenom基因分型技术,对234例慢乙肝患者和150例健康对照OPN基因的9个SNPs进行基因分型,分析其与慢乙肝易感性的相关性。结果:OPN基因的8个SNPs的等位基因频率在病例组和对照组间的分布无统计学差异。结论:OPN基因多态性可能与中国汉族人慢乙肝的易感性无相关性。Objective：To study the correlation between osteopontin （OPN） gene polymorphism and susceptibility to chronic hepatitis B China Han people.Methods：the Sequenom gene typing technique was used to detect the genotypes of 90PN genes in the patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） and the control group （n = 150）, and to analyze the correlation between the SNPs gene and the susceptibility to chronic hepatitis B （CHB）.Results：there was no significant difference in the allele frequencies of 8 SNPs alleles between the cases and controls in the OPN gene. Conclusion：the polymorphism of OPN gene may not be associated with susceptibility to chronic hepatitis B.
