人工鼻泪管植入术在鼻泪管阻塞性疾病患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与研究人工鼻泪管植入术在鼻泪管阻塞性疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1-12月于本院进行治疗的36例(44眼)鼻泪管阻塞性疾病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组18例(22眼)和对照组18例(22眼),试验组进行人工鼻泪管植入术治疗,对照组进行常规泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,然后将两组患者术后1、2、3个月的总有效率以及平均手术时间、出血量进行统计与比较。结果:试验组术后1、2、3个月的总有效率分别为95.45%,95.45%及90.91%,均显著高于对照组的72.73%、72.73%及63.64%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的平均手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工鼻泪管植入术在鼻泪管阻塞性疾病患者中的应用效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe and study the application effect of artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation in the patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Method： 36 patients （ 44 eyes ） with nasolacrimal duct obstruction in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into control group 18 cases （ 22 eyes ） and experimental group 18 cases （ 22 eyes ）, the control group was treated with conventional nasolacrimal anastomosis, the experimental group was treated with artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation, then the total effective rates at first, second and third month after the operation, the average operation time, the amount of bleeding during the operation of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result： After the operation of 1, 2, 3 months, the total effective rates of the experimental group were 95.45%, 95.45% and 90.91%, which were Significantly higher than 72.73%, 72.73% and 63.64% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The average operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The application effect of artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation in the patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction is better, and it is worthy to be used in clinic.
