摘 要:提出了一种基于有限元分析软件Abaqus的悬架连接点载荷提取方法,即等效模型提载法。以四连杆悬架为例,建立了基于Abaqus的悬架完整模型及等效模型,分析了建立等效模型的依据,建立了基于多体动力学分析软件Adams的悬架模型。分别提取出各模型在典型工况下的硬点载荷进行对比,发现等效模型与完整模型的载荷值十分接近,验证了悬架等效模型提载法的准确性,并简要讨论了各模型之间载荷值差异的原因。该悬架等效模型提载法简单快速,对缩短悬架的开发周期具有重要意义。This paper presented a method for the load extraction of the suspension connecting point based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus, the equivalent model method. Take the four- link rods type suspension as an example, a complete model and an equivalent model of suspension based on Abaqus were established, and the basis of establishing the equivalent model was analyzed, and a suspension model based on multi-body dynamics analysis software Adams was established. The hard point load was compared with each model in the typical working condition. And it finds that theload value of equivalent model is very close to the full model. This verified the accuracy of the equivalent model method. The causes of load difference between the models are discussed briefly as also. The equivalent model method is simple and fast, and it has important significance to shorten the development period of the suspension.
