大学生心理健康状况和家庭环境的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解中国安徽地区大学生心理健康状况与家庭环境的关系,探讨家庭因素对大学生心理健康状况的影响。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽省及周边地区的医学类、理工类(不含医学类)、文史类等专业共6100名大学生为研究样本,用全国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷(大学)对调查对象的健康状况和家庭环境因素进行测量和分析。结果:此次共调查5966名大学生,问卷有效率达97.8%。其中男生2902人,女生3064人,年龄16~25岁,平均年龄(19.05±1.47)岁,心理健康状况不佳者达5.43%。校正年龄和性别等协变量后,母亲不同的学历情况和职业情况之间大学生健康状况差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05),OR(95%CI)分别为1.157(1.038~1.288)和0.887(0.821~0.959);大学生入学前家庭生活中的主要照顾者与大学生健康状况存在有统计学意义的关联,OR(95%CI)为1.277(1.077~1.515)。结论:母亲对于子女身心健康发展起到重要作用,应提倡父母亲自养育子女并使用健康的家庭教育方式以促进大学生的身心健康发展。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the mental health status and family environment in college students in Anhui area for understanding the family factors affecting the mental health state in this population group.Methods：By stratified cluster sampling,we conducted a survey on 6100 college students,majoring in medical science,science and engineering as well as literature and arts,in Anhui province and neighborhood area with questionnaire of national health-related behavior for youth（university students）.Then the data were measured on the family environment and mental health status.Results：Of the 5966 subjects included in the eligible questionnaire（97.9%）,2902 were males and 3064 were females.The age ranged from 16 to 25 years,with an average of （19.05＆#177;1.47） years.Poor mental health status was found in 5.43% of the students.After adjusting the covariant of age and gender,the difference was still significant in students with a mother of different educational background and occupation[P〈0.05,OR （95%CI）：1.157 （1.038-1.288） and 0.887 （0.821-0.959）,respectively].Current health status of the subjects was associated with the major caretaker in family experienced before college education[OR（95% CI）：1.277 （1.077-1.515）].Conclusion：Mothers play critical role in the development of their offspring′s physical and mental health,yet fathers′ role should be strengthened in the growth of children in order to improve the physical and mental health of adolescents.
