摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国教育法治建设取得了很大进展,在教育改革发展过程中发挥了重要的引领、规范、促进和保障作用。在全面推进依法治国和治理现代化的背景下,要推动实现教育领域的良法善治,进一步加强教育立法,完善教育法律法规体系;切实推进依法行政和教育行政执法,构建高效的教育法治实施机制;全面推进依法治校,加强青少年法治教育。Since the initiation of reform and open policy, the rule of law has been becoming a principle of education administration and playing an important role in guiding, regulating, promoting, and protecting the development of education. In the direction of comprehensive promotion of rule of law and modernization of administration, in order to make just laws and administer efficiently, we should increase legislations of education, and perfect educational law system; We also should bolster administration by law and law enforcement in education, and establish an efficient system of law implementation; Finally, school management by law and law education of youth should be promoted.
