摘　　要：生物化学实验是生物学科的专业基础实践课程之一。本文针对工科背景生物学专业的培养方向,分析了传统生物化学实验课程与实际需求之间的差距。并提出了一些切合实际的、具体的改革措施,使得生物化学实验在工科院校生物学科本科生教学中发挥其真正的作用。Biochemistry experiment is one of the basic professional practice course of biology.In connection with the direction of training-for the specialty of biology engineering colleges,it analysis the gap between traditional biochemistry experiment and the actual demand,Presenting some practical and specific innovationals,trying to play its true role in the teaching of biological engineering college.
