中西医结合治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫阴虚风动型临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫阴虚风动型临床疗效。方法:98例随机分为两组各49例,对照组用西医治疗,观察组用中西医结合治疗。结果:观察组Barthel指数评分、Fulg-Meyer评分改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫阴虚风动型效果较单用西医治疗更好,可显著提高肢体功能。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke of stirring wind due to yin deficiency type. Method ： 98 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. 49 cases were were treated with western medicine as the control group while 49 cases were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine as the observation group. Result： and the control group before treatment, the improvement of Barthel index score and Fulg-Meyer score of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has better effect on spastic hemiplegia after stroke of stirring wind due to yin deficiency type than the simple use of western medicine treatment, which could significantly improve the extremities function.
