摘　　要：考查复合酶预处理工艺在赤霉酸GA4+7提取生产中的应用效果。GA4+7发酵液提取预处理工艺,采用复合酶酶解替代传统的重金属盐类絮凝,配合后续工段的调整,形成完整的赤霉酸GA4+7提取新工艺。相比传统工艺,新工艺提取收率增幅达23.3%,极大提高产品的收率水平,适用于工业化生产。The effect of pretreatment technology with complex enzyme on gibberellinGA4＋7 extraction was investigated.The extraction pretreatment process of the gibberellins GA4＋7 fermentation broth changes from the traditional heavy metalsalts flocculation to the complex enzyme hydrolysis, combined with the subsequent section adjustment, and is a newgibberellins GA4＋7 extraction technology. Compared with the traditional process, the extraction yield increased by 23.3%.The new technology can greatly improve the yield of products, and is suitable for industrial production.
