颏成形术矫正颏部畸形的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨颏成形术矫正颏部畸形的临床效果.方法 对颏部发育不良引起的小颏畸形及颏部偏斜不对称患者共153例进行颏成形术,其中对垂直向发育不良的患者行咬合平面截骨,对前后向发育不良的患者行眶耳平面截骨,伴有颏部偏斜患者同时做相应调整,纠正患者颏部垂直向、前后向及左右向畸形.结果 所有患者伤口均愈合良好,无感染、无骨吸收及不愈合等并发症发生;有15例患者出现下唇及颏部淤血青紫,但抽吸无明显积血,均在术后2周左右吸收.其中33例（21.6％）患者术后出现短暂的下唇及颏部麻木,均在术后12周内自行恢复.所有患者术后6～18个月复查,并且随访至术后12～24个月,下颌正侧面形态改善均明显,效果满意.结论 颏成形术矫正颏部发育异常导致的小颏畸形、偏颌畸形患者的颏部形态有明显的效果.Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and technical key points of genioplasty for the deformities of the chin.Methods 153 patients with chin deformities were treated with the genioplasty,and the chin was moved in any direction,including sagittally,vertically and transversely;the key points of this procedure were summarized.Results There was no severe complication such as infection or nonunion observed.15 patients had ecchymosis and faded in 2 weeks;33 patients had hypaesthesia and recovered in 12 weeks.With the 12-24 months follow-up,all the patients healed well with satisfactory aesthetic results.Conclusions The genioplasty is a reliable and efficient method for the deformities of the chin,and it can significantly improve the appearance of the chin.
