摘  要:针对双相流流量的测量需求,建立了一种双螺旋极板式电容传感器模型,对螺旋式电容传感器的工作原理与特点进行了阐述与分析,提出一种基于实时互相关算法的流量检测方法,分析了实时互相关算法的可实现性,并利用Matlab仿真结果对实时互相关算法程序的正确性与实用性进行了验证。装置中采用德国AMG公司开发的CAV424电容式信号检测集成电路实现对传感器的信号检测,并通过stm32微处理器对采集的信息采用互相关算法计算,从而得出双相流流速及流量。A spiral capacitive sensor model is eztablished in the demand for two - phase flow measurement. The working principle and characteristics of spiral capacitive sensor are studied. A flow detection method is proposed based on real-time cross-correlation algorithm. This method is intended to be used in the measurement process of the velocity and volume of two-phase flow by using spiral capacitive sensor. Analyzed the realizability of real-time cross-correlation algorithm, and tested the algorithm via Matlab simulation. Used converter IC for capacitive signals CAV424 in the model to detect the signal of the sensor, and used stm32 microprocessor to run the real-time cross-correlation algorithm process.
