摘 要:目的探究在癫痫患者的临床诊断中采用颅脑CT扫描方法进行诊断的临床价值。方法 112例癫痫患者作为研究对象,根据给予患者临床诊断方式的不同随机将其分为对照组与试验组,每组56例。对照组患者采用脑电图进行临床诊断;试验组患者则采用颅脑CT扫描方式进行临床诊断。对两组患者的诊断准确性以及患者的检查依从性进行对比分析。结果在癫痫发作期以及癫痫发作间期试验组患者的诊断准确率分别为78.79%(26/33)以及73.91%(17/23),对照组患者的诊断准确率分别为57.14%(20/35)以及61.90%(13/21),试验组的总准确率为76.79%,对照组的总准确率为58.93%;两组发作期以及发作间期的诊断准确率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组总准确率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床检查过程中,试验组患者的检查依从率为91.07%,高于对照组的76.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在癫痫疾病的临床诊断过程中给予患者采用颅脑CT扫描检查进行临床诊断具有准确率高且患者检查依从性高的临床优势,值得在临床广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of cranial CT scan method applied in diagnosis of epilepsy disease patients. Methods A total of 112 epilepsy patients as study subjects were divided by different clinical diagnostic methods into control group and experimental group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group received electroencephalogram for clinical diagnosis, and the experimental group received cranial CT scan method for clinical diagnosis. Comparison and analysis were made on diagnostic accuracy rate and examined compliance of patients in two groups. Results The experimental group had diagnostic accuracy rate in seizure phase and its interval phase respectively as 78.79% (26/33) and 73.91%(17/23), which were 57.14% (20/35) and 61.90% (13/21) in the control group. The experimental group had total accuracy rate as 76.79%, while the control group had total accuracy rate as 58.93%. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in diagnostic accuracy rate in seizure phase and its interval phase (P〉0.05). The experimental group had higher total accuracy rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). In process of clinical examination, the experimental group had higher examined compliance as 91.07% than 76.79% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Cranial CT scan examination for clinical diagnosis of epilepsy disease provides clinical advantages of high accuracy rate and examined compliance, and it is worth wide promotion and application in clinic.
