摘 要:由于双螺旋摆动油缸的双螺旋式传动结构在油缸工作过程中会产生螺旋副油膜间隙。螺旋间隙流动的存在,会形成油膜润滑,降低传动摩擦系数;还会造成油液内泄漏,影响容积效率。利用Pro/E三维设计软件设计并建立了7种不同周向间隙的螺旋副油膜模型,导入Ansys Workbench 14中进行网格划分并设立边界条件。在Fluent中基于湍流S-A模型与SIMPLEC算法对不同周向间隙的螺旋副间隙流场进行仿真。通过仿真结果,得到了螺旋副速度场、压力场、流量、承载力与螺旋副周向间隙的关系,并且分析了油膜间隙对螺旋传动精度的影响,为今后摆动油缸双螺旋副结构设计与螺旋副间隙优化提供了理论依据与重要参考。Because of the double helix transmission structure, the screw pair clearance oil film will be produced during the working process of the hydraulic rotary actuator. Spiral flow exists in the clearance of screw pair, it forms lubriting film, reducing the transmission coefficient of the friction ; but will also results in the internal leak of oil, affecting volumetric effeiency of hydraulic rotary cylinder. In this paper,the models of the seven screw pairs with different circumferential clearances were designed and established by the three-dimensionel software Pro/E,the structured mesh were generated and the boundary conditions were set up by using Ansys Workbench 14. Based on the S-A eqution turbulence model and SIMPELC algorithm, the interior flow fields with different circumferential clearances were numerically simulated in the Fluent. Through the simulation resuits ,the relations among the pressure distribution, velocity distributions, flow rate, force and circumferential clearance were obtained and the impact of oil film clearance on the screw pair transmission accuracy were analyzed which provided us with the theoretical basis and important reference for the structral optimization design of the double helix hydraulic rotary actuator.
