产业结构与就业结构协调系数测度方法的改进

摘　　要：产业结构和就业结构的协调发展是实现产业结构优化升级和劳动力充分就业的目标。文章基于成分数据理论的Aitchison几何以及对数比变换,对已有测度产业结构与就业结构协调关系的协调系数指标进行改进,提出改进的协调系数指标,并通过对浙江省的实证分析来验证该协调系数的合理性。研究结果表明:与已有的协调系数相比,改进的协调系数具有理论和实际应用的优越性;改进的协调系数能够测度产业结构和就业结构演进方向是否同向性,同时能合理地解释产业结构与就业结构协调关系的变化。The coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure is fulfilled with the goal of industri- al structure optimization and upgrading and realization of full employment. Based on the Aitchision geometry and logratio transfor- mation of the compositional data theory, this paper improves the index of coordination coefficient which measures the coordination relationship between industrial structure and employment structure and proposes the improved index of coordination coefficient. The rationality of the improved index is validated by empirical analysis of Zhejiang Province. Research results show that the improved index has the advantageous properties of theory and practical application compared to the previous index of coordination coefficient. The improved index can be used not only to measure whether the industrial structure and employment structure has the same evolution direction, but also reasonably explain the change of the coordination relationship between industrial structure and employment structure.
