从患者就诊心理谈全科医生现状与对策

摘　　要：通过分析患者就医的普遍心理和它导致的众多社会问题,还分析了全科医生的处境现状及其根源。并提出建议,即把现有已具规模的中医医院直接更名、改造为"全科医院",各地各区域的乡镇卫生院及社区卫生服务站分别是该地全科医院的分院,分院与总院是利益共同体。这样才能切实提高全科医生社会地位,取得群众信任。在此基础上,才能有效推行基层首诊,正确引导群众理性就诊。This article analyzes the general psychological state of patients with medical treatment and its social problems,and the current situation of general practitioners as well.It proposes that the existing traditional Chinese medicine hospitals change the name into ＂General Hospital＂.Hospitals in township and the community health service stations are the branches of the General Hospital, sharing a community of interests,which effectively improve the social status of general practitioners as well as to obtain the trust from the masses.As a result,the first diagnosis at the basic level hospitals can be implemented with a rational guidance for the masses＇visiting hospitals.
