摘　　要：文章通过查阅相关文献,了解苦参碱及其衍生物的结构特点、药用价值及活性,并归纳总结出近年来有关苦参碱衍生物的合成类别、合成方法以及其各自特点所在。之后针对苦参碱衍生物的生物活性进行概述,尤其是其在抗肿瘤活性方面的研究。通过对上述几点的综述,旨在为之后新型苦参碱衍生物的合成提供理论基础和依据,进而得到活性更高,选择性更好的产物。In order to understand the structural characteristics,medicinal value and activity of matrine and its derivatives,many relevant literatures were reviewed.By the way, the synthetic category, synthesis method and the characteristics of matrine derivatives in recent years were summed up.After that the biological activities of matrine derivatives were summarized,especially their antitumor activity.The purpose of this review is to provide the theoretical basis and basis for the synthesis of new matrine derivatives,and then get the products with higher activity and better selectivity.
