摘　　要：建立和完善企业融资成本监测体系具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。但目前我国对企业融资成本的监测制度尚属空白。本文借鉴发达国家对企业融资的不同调查方法,对照我国企业融资调查工作开展情况及不足,提出构建完善企业融资监测体系的几点建议。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish and improve the monitoring system of corporate financing costs. But at present, the monitoring system of corporate financing cost is still blank in our country. In this paper, the author draws lessons from the different methods of financing in developed countries, and compares the situation and deficiency of China＇s enterprise financing investigation.
