摘 要:目的:研究豁达放松治疗改善中学生考试焦虑的效果。方法:按照入组标准将100例考试焦虑被试者分为干预组和对照组,使用豁达放松治疗对干预组进行3个月干预,干预前后采用考试焦虑量表、应付方式问卷和进取豁达量表进行测评。结果:干预组干预后考试焦虑得分为(16.80±6.47)分,比治疗前(27.52±4.10)分显著降低(P<0.01);两组被试者治疗后考试焦虑得分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);《应付方式问卷》的解决问题和合理化因子得分(0.95±0.08;0.73±0.23)比治疗前(0.86±0.09;0.58±0.16)显著提高(P<0.01);自责和退避因子得分(0.58±0.17;0.58±0.10)比治疗前(0.66±0.17;0.65±0.18)显著降低(P<0.01);两组被试者治疗后上述4个因子得分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);《进取豁达量表》的积极进取和豁达宽容因子得分(34.75±4.55、32.65±3.31)比治疗前(31.90±6.22、27.29±4.06)显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:豁达放松治疗能有效改善中学生考试焦虑。Objective:To study improvement of test anxiety in middle school students by Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy. Meth- ods:In according with the principles of inclusion criteria, 100 middle school students were matched and grouped into treatment group and control group. Students in treatment group were treated with MRT for 3 months. Before and after the intervention, Test Anxiety Scale (TAS), Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ) and Enterprising and Magnanimous Questionnaire(EMQ) were evaluated respectively. Results: The scores in TAS(16.80 ± 6.47) of the treatment groups were significant lower than those (27.52± 4.10) before intervention(P〈0.01). There were differences in TAS between two groups after intervention(P〈0.05). The scores in resolve the problem and deal with the conflict reasonably (0.95±0.08 ;0.73±0.23) of CSQ of the treatment groups were significant higher than those (0.86±0.09 ;0.58±0.16) before intervention (P〈0.01). The scores in self-condemned and evasive coping styles (0.58 2±0.17;0.58±0.10) of CSQ of the treatment groups were significant lower than those (0.66±0.17;0.65±0.18) before intervention (P〈0.01). The scores in enterprising and magnanimous(34.75±4. 55,32. 65±3.31) of EMQ of the treatment groups were significant higher than those ( 31. 90± 6. 22,27. 29 ± 4. 06 ) before intervention (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion : Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy can improve test anxiety of middle school students.
