摘  要:"知识三角"生态逻辑强调教育、科研、创新三者协同发展,以实现其潜在的"正外部性效应"。依据此逻辑原理,欧盟构建了EIT-KIC协同创新模式,以充分整合高校、科研院所、创新企业的优势资源,驱动教育、科研和创新三大知识领域协同发展。基于"知识三角"生态逻辑,借鉴EIT-KIC协同创新模式的成功经验,我国在高校协同创新中心建设过程中,应加强政策协同引导,积极构建"知识三角"协同创新模式,充分释放协同创新联盟的教育、科研、创新多重职能及其"正外向性"效应。The ecological logic of Knowledge Triangle emphasizes collaborative development of educa- tion, research and innovation and realizes their potential "effect of positive externalities". According to the logical principle, European Union has constructed EIT-KIC collaborative innovation model to drive collaborative development of three major knowledge areas of education, research and innovation by integrating superior resources from higher education institutions, research institutes and innovation businesses. Based on the ecological logic of Knowledge Triangle and successful experience of EIT-KIC collaborative innovation model, China should strengthen collaborative guidance of relevant policies, construct Knowledge Triangle collaborative innovation model in building university collaborative inno- vation centers, and release the collaborative innovation alliancesI multiple functions of education, research and innovation as well as the effect of positive externalities.
