摘 要:以某雷达天线单元为研究对象,采用Icepak热仿真软件,研究了风腔厚度对强迫风冷系统散热性能的影响。结果表明:风腔厚度对风冷系统的散热性能有明显影响;保持风机型号和散热器结构不变,当风腔厚度过小时,风机的性能受到明显抑制;随着风腔厚度的增加,风机的性能会变好,发热元件的温度明显降低;当风腔厚度达到一定值后再继续增加时,风机的性能反而会下降,发热元件的温度也相应升高。在工程设计中,推荐此类风冷散热结构的风腔厚度取值不小于16mm,不大于40mm。In this paper, the effect of wind cavity thickness on the efficiency of forced air cooling system in the radar antenna is researched by the thermal simulation software of the Icepak. The results show that the thickness of wind cavity has obvious effect on the forced air cooling system. When the model of the fan and the structure of heat radiator are certain, the efficiency of the fan is decreased when the thickness of wind cavity is small; while the thickness of wind cavity is increased, the efficiency of the fan is improved observ- ably, and the temperatures of thermal elements are decreased at the same time. When the thickness is more than a certain value, on the contrary, the efficiency of the fan is decreased, and the temperatures of thermal elements are increased accordingly. In the engineering design, the value of wind cavity thickness is suggested to be more than 16 mm and less than 40 mm.
