摘 要:针对二极管箝位式(NPC)三电平三相逆变器的并网算法,研究了NPC三电平三相并网逆变器的工作机理,并建立了NPC三电平三相逆变电路的简化模型与数学模型,提出了基于简化模型的SVPWM并网控制算法,通过Matlab仿真分析了该SVPWM并网控制算法的可行性与动态性能。结果表明基于简化模型的SVPWM并网控制算法的并网电流谐波率低,动态响应迅速,满足设计要求。Aiming at the grid- connected algorithm of NPC three- level three- phase inverter, the working mechanism of three-level, three-phase grid-connected inverter was studied. A simplified mathematical model of NPC three-level three-phase inverter circuit was established and a SVPWM grid-connected control algorithm based on this simplified model was proposed. The feasibility and dynamic performance of SVPWM grid-connected algorithm were analyzed by Matlab simulation. The results show that the grid current THD of the SVPWM grid-connected algorithm based on the simplified model is low and the dynamic response is quick, which meets the design requirements.
