摘  要:针对目前异形螺杆形式多样复杂、加工困难的现状,避免或者减少试切法在实际加工过程中人力、物力的浪费,分析了异形螺杆的形状特点及传统加工工艺;并在Visual Studio 2012环境下,以三维开放图形库OpenGL为工具,研究开发了异形螺杆车削动态仿真系统,实现了在参数输入、刀具库设计、工件设置等条件下几种异形螺杆的动态切削仿真。着重阐述了毛坯离散化的建模方法以及刀具与毛坯间的布尔减运算,利用OpenGL的双缓存技术,采用不断更新显示毛坯形状和刀具位置,以实现车削加工异形螺杆去除材料的过程。系统具有良好的实时性、三维图形显示能力以及一定的实用性。Aiming at the present situation of the special - shaped screw pole of complex form and difficult process- ing, avoid or reduce the waste of manpower and material resources in the actual machining process. Analyse the characteristics of the shape of the special - shaped screw pole and traditional machining technology. Under the environment of Visual Studio 2012, the dynamic simulation system of the spe- cial - shaped screw pole turning is developed based on the 3 D open graphics library OpenGL. Imple- ment in the parameter input, cutting tool library design, the workpiece set under the condition of sev- eral kinds of heterotypic screw dynamic cutting simulation. This paper emphatically expounds the mod- eling method of blank discretization, and Boolean subtraction operation between the tool and the blank. Using double buffer technology of OpenGL, display the blank shape and the cutting tool with constantly updated, in order to realize the process of turning processing heterotypic screw remove mate- rial. The system has good real -time performance, 3 D graphics display capabilities and a certain de- gree of practicality.
