基于博弈论的图书馆员间隐性知识转移与共享研究

摘　　要：运用文献计量学的方法对图书馆隐性知识转移与共享的相关文献进行统计与分析,揭示出图书馆员间隐性知识转移与共享存在一定的局限性,有必要基于博弈论的新视角建立博弈模型,并根据模型的分析提出三个方面的具体策略:从纳什均衡角度建立合理的激励机制;从囚徒困境角度建立馆员之间的互信机制;从重复博弈角度建立完善的沟通机制。This paper uses literature metrology method to analyze library tacit knowledge transfer and share of literature. Statistics and analysis reveal the tacit knowledge transfer between librarians and sharing has certain limitation.It is necessary to set up game model based on a new perspective of game theory. And based on the analysis of the model the author puts forward three aspects of the specific strategies： from the perspective of Nash equilibrium to establish a reasonable incentive mechanism; from the perspective of the prisoner’s dilemma to establish mutual trust between librarians mechanism; to establish perfect communication mechanism from the angle of repeated game.
