摘 要:随着食品经营市场的迅速发展,民众对食品的需求及健康的重视愈发的强烈,然而由于食品经营企业透明度不高,加之近年来不断曝光的食品安全事故,导致民众对食品经营企业产生了较大的不信任感。本文试图通过对国内外食品安全信用体系建设的比较,为我国现阶段食品安全信用体系的建设提供一些想法,以期我国的食品安全工作能得以长效的发展。With the fast development of food market,the public has been increasingly concerned about food safety.However,as food companies do not operate transparently together with the growing number of reports about food safety incidents,people are losing trust in food companies.This article tried to bring some suggestions on building the credit system of food safety through the comparisons of domestic and international credit system of food safety,which is expected to help the better and long term development in China's food safety.
