摘　　要：结合安徽省新型职业农民培育管理工作的相关实际情况,以安徽农业大学新型职业农民培育为例,阐述了安徽农业大学在探索新型职业农民培育模式方面的实践经验和典型做法,分析其中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进意见。Based on the actual situa- tion of the cultivation and management of new professional farmers in Anhui Province, taking an example of the cul- tivation of new professional farmers in Anhui Agricultural University, the prac- tical experience and typical practices of Anhui Agricultural University in explor- ing the cultivation mode of new profes- sional farmers were expounded, and its existing problems were analyed. Finally, the corresponding improvements were put forward.
